CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-Day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. There is a 10 minute cancellation window, if you are late beyond the 10 minute window the service will be cancelled and a fee will be charged.
